Project Summary
Ten gorgeous stories of sleek modern architecture in a beautifully-designed location in the heart of Downtown Greenville, South Carolina, the Deca Camperdown Apartments featured well-appointed dwelling spaces with the best- in-class features and finishes. The upscale apartment building is centrally located in Camperdown, a live-work-play neighborhood that features an AC Hotel, upscale retail, premier office space and a multi-use event plaza.
What We Did
- 12-story, 24″ diameter trash chute, with the following features: Electrical interlocking doors with master control panel, heat and smoke detectors, disinfecting and sanitizing unit with electric control valve for operation from the primary trash room, ADA pneumatic door operating system, sound dampening coating with vibration isolation pads, and ADA compliant lever handles with integral keyed locks.

Mail room incorporating 22 10-door/2-parcel locker units in black.

Bicycle storage room, containing parking space for 64 bicycles using the DERO DECKER rack system. This bicycle room also has a DERO Fixit Station and a free-standing AirKit 3 air station.
